Wayne F. Krouse
Chairman of the Board and Founder
Mr. Krouse founded Hydro Green Energy in 2002. Mr. Krouse invented a modular and interchangeable hydropower system which has been issued numerous U.S. and international patents. Mr. Krouse's goal is to commercialize the technology to generate cost effective, zero carbon, renewable energy without having to construct new dams or impoundments.
Mr. Krouse has experience in managing and driving growth to profitability in small start-up companies. Mr. Krouse held International Business Development, Marketing and Technical Sales positions with Nalco/Exxon Energy Chemicals between 1995-2001. Mr. Krouse held Senior Field Engineer and Field Engineer Positions with Schlumberger between 1993-1995. Mr. Krouse graduated from Tulane University in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Mr. Krouse was the Research & Development Chairperson of the National Hydropower Association in 2007. |

Michael P. Maley
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Maley has 25 years of experience developing, designing, constructing and operating power generation facilities. He has developed or acquired more than $5 billion of electric generating assets and negotiated power purchase agreements in excess of $25 billion. Mr. Maley was most recently President and Chief Executive Officer of Perpetual Energy Systems, a solar energy company. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alliant Energy Generation, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy.
Mr. Maley holds a BSME from the University of Iowa, a MSCE from the University of Illinois, and a MEM from Northwestern University. Mr. Maley is a Registered Professional Engineer in several states and is also a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Iowa - College of Engineering. |

Michael Allen
President and Founder of Providence Energy Corp.
Michael Allen is the founder and President of Providence Energy Corporation of Dallas, TX, an oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Allen has been an active buyer of oil and gas properties in 15 states. From inception, Providence Energy Corporation acquired interests in over 4,000 wells from companies such as Devon Energy, Sempra Energy, Fina Oil and Gas, Coastal and Apache. Providence Energy is the managing partner of over 2.0 million net acres of minerals in the domestic U. S.
Mr. Allen graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is a certified public accountant and he spent the first few years of his career in Dallas with Ernst and Ernst. Mr. Allen is actively involved in several inner city projects funding camps, schools and turn-around projects in the North Texas area.
He and his wife and family live in Dallas. |

Michael Childers
President, Providence Renewables, LLC
Michael Childers, 50, is President, Providence Renewables, LLC, a subsidiary of Providence Energy Corp. Providence Renewables is a focused investor in multiple renewable energy platforms. Providence focuses on high value renewable energy opportunities that are driven to be cost competitive with traditional generation sources in the near term. Childers brings over 26 years of broad and deep industry experience and has completed $9 billion in project financings, created $14 billion in value from acquisitions representing 18,700 megawatts and taken over 5,000 megawatts of projects from development to construction.
Most of Childers’s two decades in the energy industry have focused on development, finance, and mergers and acquisitions in the electric industry. Prior to coming to Providence Energy, Childers served as President and CEO of TXU Development and was part of the senior leadership team at TXU Corporation. In that capacity he oversaw their 8 GW expansion program and was an integral part of the execution of the company’s merger with KKR and TPG to form Energy Future Holdings. Prior to TXU he was executive vice president at The Shaw Group in charge of the engineering, construction and maintenance division as well as merger and acquisition activity globally.
His career has also included many other executive positions within the energy sector. At The Shaw Group, he also served as president of the Stone & Webster subsidiary, with P&L responsibility for a division of over $2 billion in revenue. At Entergy Corporation, he served as President of the unregulated generation and development business and helped reestablished the utility in the asset-acquisition, development and ownership business in the U.S. and international markets. While serving as Vice President he also helped reestablished Edison Mission Energy, a subsidiary of Edison International, in the North, Central and South American markets through developing and acquiring energy facilities a well as establishing a commodities trading organization. During his tenure the company grew its asset base in his region by over 8,000MW’s.
A graduate of the University of San Diego, Childers has a B.B.A. with concentration in finance. He and his wife and two children live in Dallas.
