Who We Are
Hydro Green Energy, LLC (HGE) focuses on developing new, low-impact hydropower generation at existing non-powered dams using our proprietary technology.
We are presently developing 230 MW of new hydropower capacity, equivalent to the energy production from approximately 875 MW of solar power or 575 MW of wind power. HGE’s current projects will provide enough annual power for approximately 137,000 homes and annually avoid 1.9 billion pounds of carbon emissions. We will create approximately 140 green jobs per project during its development phase.
